Saarelta kotoisin oleva työkaveri suositteli käymään Lotsenhus-kalaravintolan bistrossa Burgin satamassa. Siellä olikin kaikenlaisia perinteisiä juttuja tarjolla. Kuten yleensäkin merenrantakaupungeissa kala oli sielläkin ihanan tuoretta ja raikasta. Ranskalaiset tarjoiltiin hauskasti paperitötterössä.

A colleague who comes from Fehmarn told us to visit the bistro of the Lotsenhus fish restaurant at the port of Burg. The menu was full of all sorts of local specialties. Like always at costal towns, the fish was just wonderful! So fresh and tasty! French fries were served in a black and white paper package.
